Good morning! Jesus gives us three invitations here — ask, seek, knock — and three promises to match: receive, find, opened. Notice that all three require action on our part. Prayer isn’t passive. It’s an active, persistent reaching toward God with our needs, our questions, and our longings.

Sometimes we don’t have because we don’t ask (James 4:2). We carry our burdens silently, we wrestle with our doubts alone, we stand at closed doors without ever knocking. Jesus is saying: bring it to Me. Ask. Seek. Knock. Keep asking. Keep seeking. Keep knocking. He hears, and He answers.

What have you been hesitant to bring to God? What door have you been afraid to knock on? Bring it to Him today. He’s not annoyed by your persistence — He invites it.

Lord, I come to You today with my needs, my questions, and my longings. I ask, I seek, I knock — trusting that You hear me and that You answer. Give me faith to keep coming to You, even when the answer takes time. Amen.
