Good morning and happy Sunday! Today many of us will gather with our church families to worship — and what a gift that is. But this verse reminds us that true worship isn’t confined to a building or a Sunday morning. It’s a posture of the heart.

Worship “in Spirit” means it flows from the inside out — not just going through the motions, but genuinely engaging your heart with God. Worship “in truth” means it’s grounded in who God actually is, not who we wish He were or what we want from Him.

Whether you’re in a church pew, on your back porch, or driving to work — you can worship right now. Lift your heart to Him. Thank Him for who He is. Let your whole day be an act of worship. That’s what He’s looking for.

Lord, I come to You in worship today — not just with words, but with my whole heart. You are worthy of all praise. Help me to worship You in Spirit and in truth, not just on Sundays but in every moment of my life. Amen.
