Good morning and happy Monday! Whatever last week held — the wins, the losses, the regrets, the moments you wish you could redo — today is a brand new morning. And with it comes something extraordinary: new mercy.

The writer of Lamentations penned these words in the middle of devastation and grief. And yet, even there, he found this anchor: God’s compassions never fail. They don’t run out. They don’t grow thin. Every single morning, they are fresh and new — like dew on the grass, like the first light of dawn.

You don’t have to carry yesterday into today. His mercies cover it. His faithfulness holds you. Step into this new week with your head up and your heart open — great is His faithfulness to you. 🌅

Lord, thank You for new mercy this morning. I release last week and step into this new week trusting in Your faithfulness. Your compassions never fail — and I am so grateful. Help me to walk in that truth today. Amen.
