God doesn't stand at a distance when we hurt. He draws closer. Like a loving parent who pulls a hurting child near, He meets us right in the middle of our brokenness. You don't have to have it together to come to Him. You don't have to pretend everything is fine.

Pour your heart out to Him this morning — maybe over a quiet cup of coffee, maybe through tears. He hears every word, and He is already near.
